Calling ALL Greeks!!!
BlueChoice HealthPlan Medicaid is CHALLENGING you to see which of you will be the TOP Greek Organization who will show up and show out as we bring a wonderful event to Charleston, SC. BlueChoice HealthPlan Medicaid is hosting the 1st Annual Miracle on Beacon Street at the Gethsemani Community Center. We are partnering with Z93 Jamz and Magic 107.3 FM and City of North Charleston Parks and Recs. The objective of our annual event is to provide assistance to community children and families, by supplying them with an enjoyable holiday experience. Many organizations host toy drives, but those who are underserved or with an economic hardship could use assistance with the holiday celebration. BlueChoice HealthPlan Medicaid will foster key partnerships within the community to ensure individuals attending the event will gain health & wellness information, resources, receive services, toys, all in an interactive fun festive and safe environment. The event will be held on Saturday December 9th, 2017 from 12:00pm-2:00pm at Gethsemani Community Center, 2449 Beacon Street Charleston, SC . Each vendor is asked to provide Toys (may be educational) and there is no Fee for participating.
We are still in need of:
- Organizations to provide toys (they can be collected via a toy collection box)
- Volunteers to work the event
- Organizations to provide a hot cocoa station
- Organizations to provide refreshments (Hot Dogs, Water/Juice or Soda, etc…)
